Werewolf Boy

Werewolf Boy. He appears to be your average guy, but during the full moon, he transforms into a monstrous blood thirsty wolf. There is no controlling his wolf self, he will neither recognize a friend from an animal….but thats fine because he doesn’t have any friends. In an effort to keep anyone from harm, he keeps people at a distance. During the day of the full moon, he desperately tries to lock himself away to contain the wolf, but he always seems to get out. He wakes up the next morning, covered in the blood of whatever it was he had killed without any memory of the previous night. Having gone through this cycle for so many years, he has a deep feeling of self loathing, and most of his happy emotions in public are forced and not genuine. Its even gotten to the point where his wolf tendencies are carrying into his human form.

Environment a Day Summer Challenge: Day 2!
Here is a concept for the interior of the Little Red Huntress’s tree house. The style I’m going for this story is a monochrome of grey/blues, blacks, and whites. I want it to feel very cold. The interior of her house is very plain. She doesn’t have very many belongings except necessary items and maybe a few keepsakes, because she spends most of her time tracking down the wolf pack that the main wolf (the one who disguised himself as granny) was a part of. She has a plain bed on a mattress of straw and pine needles, her weapons are close by in case of any attack. She keeps a trophy wall of skulls from the wolves she has killed from the pack. And since there are no windows (to keep in the heat) the only lighting comes from candles which she keeps on a shelf she carved out of the tree her house is built around. The structure of the house is like a log cabin with mud and moss to fill in the cracks, and the roof is thatched straw.

A hunter girl I’ve been sketching a lot recently. I have this idea that she is Little Red Riding Hood and her story is taking place after the death of the wolf and she has sort of become psychologically damaged by the past events and has become very introverted and lives in the forest by herself now. Still a work in progress but I like the design of her so far :)
